นโยบายการเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า (Return Policy)
เรายินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าให้หากสินค้าที่ได้รับมีความเสียหายหรือมีปัญหา โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้:
เงื่อนไข
- ลูกค้าต้องถ่ายวิดีโอ ตั้งแต่แกะพัสดุ เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐาน
- แจ้งปัญหาภายใน 1-2 วันหลังได้รับสินค้า
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน
ไม่รับเปลี่ยน/คืนในกรณี
- สินค้าไม่ตรงใจ / เลือกสีหรือไซซ์ผิด
- ไม่มีหลักฐานเป็นวิดีโอขณะแกะกล่อง
- ผ่านการใช้งานแล้ว

Return / Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange if the product you received is damaged or defective, under the following conditions:
Conditions
- Customers must record a video while unboxing the package as proof.
- Notify us of the issue within 1–2 days after receiving the item.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges if:
- The product does not meet personal expectations / wrong color or size was selected.
- There is no unboxing video provided.
- The product has been used or worn.
